  9.         A program that uses the Translator.library and Narrator.device
  10.      to say lines of text. It was written for a friend who had to have
  11.      his vocal chords removed, thus finding it very frustrating trying
  12.      to communicate, (at least it stopped him shouting at me!;-).

  15.  How to use it
  16.  -------------
  17.         When first loaded, it looks for the text file bobslist, and if
  18.      it exists loads it up. You can have other lists by other names to
  19.      load in whenever you want. (bobslist does not need to exist.)
  20.          You can make your own lines up and save them from the program
  21.      itself, editing them inside the program.
  22.         It's got a prefs window to alter some parameters of the sound,
  23.      if you find the defaults sound like your old teachers voice.
